Leonardo Hernandez

Leonardo “Leo” Hernandez is the son of legendary maestro mezcalero Cosme Hernandez. His brothers Cirilo Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez, and Cosme “Tucho” Hernandez also all produce mezcal.

Despite this rich history of mezcal production in his family, Leo is the first family member to have his own brand, Grulani. He also produced some batches years ago that listed his name as Agapito Hernandez.
