47.3% abv.i have not seen many tobalas by the ramos team.i couldnt pass the chance to purchase a bottle.i was not disappointed.complex with gentle heat.nose is earthy and minty.palate has their signature mineral sweetness and vegetal green notes.different spices that are hard to define.exceptional quality.i was hoping it would be very different from their karwinskis but the profile is similar but slightly different.long sweet finish.excellent as expected.i just purchased the red label by father victor.will review that soon.

47.3% abv, 175 liter batch, ER0321TB

Picked this one up on sale at K&L Wines along with the madrecuixe from GH/Ramos. Nose has a strong smell of spearmint gum. The palate has some butterscotch, green pineapple or melon, aloe vera, cooked agave, cinnamon, herbal sweetness and a sweet vegetal character, along with some minerality. Lot of breadth in this expression and plenty to explore. Good to experience some nice tobalá after tasting a few less stellar offerings lately. 4.25 starts out of 5
