Flavors are sharp pine green cedar 🥓 this is all over the place. Sour cheese peppers wood. This shit is different but great. There’s a very unique Set of sharp aromas cedar juniper dirt. Damn this is good strange Enticing and exotic. I found the blue cheese and pepper flavor of romance before but this is very elegant. Unbelievable emotions on this one if you get a chance to try it.

Distinct smell of green gooseberry when you pick them on a hot summer’s day. Amazing thing with mezcal: It brings up some memories…
Lime as in the fruit and lime as in limestone, a bit quince, very characteristic tobalá. Well integrated alcohol. A bit leather, and carrot cake frosting. Nice!

Batch: YJ 14-16
Vanilla wafers. Bit light overall, but balanced with a strong & smoky finish. Frosting, and tobala sweetness in there too. I like it!

Batch: YJ 14-16
Nose – Red roses. Light cream cheese. A sprinkle of white pepper.

Palate – Big notes of smoky vanilla. A bit of plain cheesecake. Smoke and heat are dialed up some in the finish but they’re nice. Flavors overall are great but the mouth feel is noticeably thin.

Vanilla and apple throughout with a decent amount of ash smoke and wood. Very refined and smooth. Great example of a Tobala carrying those typical smoke and agave notes and then coming in with some original fruity flavors. Great stuff!

Batch YJ06-16. A really nice Tobala’. The smokey wood nose and flavor dominates this one. Enjoy this one with a good Habana cigar!
