This bottle had been open for a long time and the juice had plenty of time to open up, I found this to be a great expression. It was not my favorite of the night but was happy to have had a chance to try this project before it’s gone forever.

This was a much more subtle offering that I found quite pleasant. I ordered a bottle after trying this as it’s very good for the price point.

Phenomenal as always from 5S. One of the better Tobala’s I’ve had, expertly crafted.

I seem to really remember liking this one but it was near the end of a pretty heavy handed night. I would like to revisit take a detailed post.

I’m a sucker for Tep, this was a decent offering. As others have said, it’s a bit mellow and leaves a bit to be desired, but it’s priced well and sometimes the occasion suites a pour like this.

All Nuestra is solid Espadin juice. This one is smokey on the nose but with a bitter juiciness like Pomelo. I have a bottle of this and tap into it quite often.

I like all Nuestra Soledad offerings. All of them including this one is excellent Espadin juice that sells at a fantastic price point.

My palate had a hard time with this one. I think I would like this one more if I was pairing it with some spicy food rather than just lined up in a flight. I’d try again.

Very nice everyday sipper that is something a little different.

Lot RMC-01 2015

I’m a fan, nothing more to say that hasn’t already been said. Real Minero does everything very well.

I would like to find a bottle of this one and would like to try more Cuish offerings.

Nothing but good comes from Rey Campero. This was well done.

No lot number. As always from El Jolgorio the product was very well done, I just dont lean towards Cuishe on its own.

Did not get a batch number. This one had alot of the same amazing characteristics of the Real Minero Tobala, fruity, minerality, refined. I wish I could drink it all of the time.

I wish I could see the batch on the label in my picture. This one was a standout in my flight. It had a citrus and floral nose with a great minerality. Fantastic job from Real Minero as always!

I have nothing to note, I really don’t remember it. Will update my review if I try again.

So sweet and fruity. Its chalk full of exotic fruit flavors. Excellent expression of Tobala

Very cool limited release bottle made for the owner of the Las Perlas.

I do not have detailed notes on the flavor profile but remember being quite fond of this offering.

I do not remember enough about the profile to write a detailed review but this offering was right in line with all Derrumbes fun offerings and an interesting ensemble.
