another good product from Union but for the money, buy the cheaper of the two
and yet another winner from Quiereme – the only down side? the store only had an open bottle for tasting, none to sell. next time my friend. enjoy these mezcals, Quiereme make some really, really good ones
another winner from Quiereme – I look forward to trying them all at some point and anticipate bringing home a couple bottles next month. enjoy, it’s really good
yum, yum, yum – love the Quiereme mezcals. a little more pricey than many but man, really good stuff. good smoke and a bit of heat, vegetal and what seems to be the best looking bottles in the industry!
nope, not a fan of the espadin – the tobala and ensemble are sooo good though, it makes up for the espadin
so f’ing good – yeah, I might be a sucker (lover) of ensembles, and I certainly am with this one. buy and enjoy and do it over and over again (like me). Sure, it’s a “big brand” mezcal but that doesn’t put my off, this one is done well though not over the top high ABV or heat
excellent mezcal – you’re gonna love this one, I will always buy and/or order it. Motelobos make great mezcals (though I do avoid black label)
hot and heavy – this is the real deal, buy and enjoy. you simply cannot go wrong with Marca Negra
excellent – have bought many times, it is soooo good! buy it and enjoy. will always buy this over and over again
Marca Negra make some of the best mezcals (IMO) – I have not had one I didn’t like. I just brought San Martin back from MX and it’s very good, it drinks quite warm (as it should) – would buy again and again
living in OH, my mezcal choices are very few (yeah, it blows), so I grabbed a bottle and still have some lingering in my cabinet. it’s ok for the mid-western price point but it is nothing you would ever bring back from MX. will not buy again
not a fan. would like to try some of the others but the price point is a bone of contention. I go to MX a lot but elect to buy other mezcals to bring home
difficult to find (unfortunately) but man, is this stuff good. it’s quite mild compared to most mezcals, and it is short on ABV (35%) but my god it drinks very, very well. I love it.
huge ensemble fan here and Bruxo did not dissappoint. will buy again
at this price point I expected more – way more. And, I’m a huge fan of cuishe.
Ok, in all honesty, this bottle has been in my cabinet longer than any other but I gave it a go again last night, and quite frankly had quite a few. it did NOT disappoint as I had recalled the first few tries so I bumped this up a little.
for the price point, it’s tough to beat. while I have not yet tried the reposado, I have tried the tobala – normally this is a no-brainer but in this instance, I’ll take the joven everyday. Super starter mezcal at a price point that cannot be beat – good to keep on hand for rookies, etc., or as a daily guzzler (unless you can afford $100+ bottles as a daily – and if so, lets be neighbors!)
