Interesting. The nose reminds me of baiju. Funky smoky pears. Chewing tobacco. A lot of ash and clay on the palate. Spicy finish
Delicious! Floral nose. Rose water, a little jammy, black pepper, acetone. Mineral on the nose and taste. Salty lime finish
Very cool to taste the cupreata next to the finished pechuga.
The cupreata was very sharp with ash, smoke, some salinity, iodine, raw coconut, and green pepper.
The pechuga was similar but softened. Sweeter than the cupreata. Toasted coconut, cocoa, and roasted pineapple with many of the cupreata notes in the background.
Starts out super clean: black pepper, minerals, spicy. Then comes a sweet cream cheese.
Then I get some funky sweaty feet and blue cheese.
I love this one. Reading other reviews makes me think I might be drinking something else entirely lol
Huge jammy tropical fruits on the nose. Grenadine. Hogo funk.
The taste/finish is pretty disjointed from the nose. Spicy. Cinnamon, cloves, spearmint, ash. Pretty wild
First pulquero over tried. I like it. Sweet mild cream cheese and vegetal nose. Green pepper, clay, and salinity on the palate
