soft & subtle. I did not get the heavy smoke or the oil other reviewers mentioned, but I did get a little bit of the bitter flavor. I haven’t had too many Coyote mezcals, so I don’t know if this is common. I enjoy the feel of the mezcal, its sweet on the tip of the tongue at the outset, but it doesn’t last. The flavor fades quickly and does very little on the back of the tongue. Worth a try, but not something I’d stockpile. Batch 0C18 Bottle 120 (but the writing is smudged, so this is approximate)
