Batch: CANESP001
One of the best espadins I have ever tried. With this bottle I get lemon, pineapple, banana, sweet cinnamon and grapefruit. it’s literally a fruit salad in your glass.
This was my favorite of all the Pluma Negra expressions I tasted. Cardamon, pickled herring, mint, bee pollen and dragon fruit on the nose. On the flavor profile I get rock fruit, chives and artesanal chocolate. Super enjoyable. I will be keeping a bottle of this around .
I really enjoy this Tepeztate. Nice sweetness to start with nice fruitiness followed by fresh herbs and fresh cut grass. The fruitiness and grassy / herbal flavors blend together for a.nice treat. Well done.
A really nice espadin mezcal. Nice fruity sweetness on entry traces of cinnamon and tart fruit. Very easy sipping. Really enjoyable.
This is a new ensamble hitting the market. A really nice entry point Sotol. Very little to no smoke with nice sweetness to start followed by Tart fruit, earthiness, new leather and finishes with a nice lingering sweetness. Super enjoyable and very easy to sip. A really nice session Sotol you can sip on for a long time.. I definitely recommend it.
This was the first time I tried a Masparillo and my second expression from the Burrito Fiestero line. I have to say I am really enjoying these mezcals. Being a mostly tequila drinker, I find these to be great mezcals for those looking to dive into Mezcal from Tequila. There is little smoke. Just enough to let you know it’s a mezcal produced in an ancestral way. Nose I get Cinnamon, fruit like citrus and minerality from the water..
Flavors Cinnamon sweetness, then tart sweet fruit like pineapple and then tropical fruit like papaya, mango and banana. On the finish nice sweetness that tell you to sip some more.Nice strong fruit flavors, very easy to sip and enjoy. I recommend it for anyone looking to try Mezcal from tequila and anyone that like the more fruity flavored mezcals.
I was pleasantly surprised with this fruit Pechuga. A great entry level mezcal for those that drink tequila to introduce them to the world of Mezcal. Very little to no smoke with a really nice fruity flavor profile with peach, orange grapefruit and more coming through for me. Can’t beat it as a sipper for the price..
Love this as an amazing entry level mezcal for introducing Tequila drinkers to mezcal. It has little smoke and a robust fruity profile. Very enjoyable and very easy to sip. If you like fruity flavors, you will love this.
