The 2019/2020 batches of this jabalí are especially spectacular. Nice and lactic and with a creamy mouthfeel. Pretty sure this one is distilled 3 times. I know there are a few bottles of theirs floating around the U.S. already but really excited for the day when they’re more widely available.

Phenomenal expression. Good bit of vanilla on the nose and lots of earthy notes on the palate. Nice weighty mouthfeel. A complex but with an approachable finish. Maestro Leo Hernández does it again.
