NOSE : Very soft nose with a lot going on. Floral, elegant and a little tequila grassiness sitting on a bed of hay.
TASTE : sweet flowers, creamy and buttery.
FINISH : fleeting with sweet smoke.Very subtle mezcal with a underlying complexity

Nose : Wow.. Surprise… Buttered popcorn, Roasted agave, umami and salt.
Taste : Rich and creamy, salt on a bed of smoke. No bite whatsoever.
Finish : smokey and long.
Really fun.. A buttery mezcal

Nose : soft and fruity. A little floral with a brief whiff of vinegar.
Taste : sweet and salty with a little karwinskii complexity.
Finish : oily with fruit and smoke.
Definitely one of strongest of Alipus line.

NOSE : Clay, caramel, slowly giving headway to green pepper and eucalyptus. Soya sauce at the bottom of the glass.
TASTE : soft on the palate. Notes huge butterscotch with mint thrown in there.
FINISH : Dry and lingering with some smoke.
Pretty consistent mezcal judging for the other reviews…

NOSE : Tropical with overripe bananas and Strawberries. Also detecting some leather and shoe polish on a bed of hay.
TASTE : fruity and sticky, with tons of salt.
FINISH : sweet, oily and salty
Easy drinking mezcal with an Extremely fragrant nose.

Nose : Strawberries dominate with notes of cherries. Grappa quality.
Taste : Some heat with a numbing effect but no burn. Very different from Oaxacan mezcals. Very fruity.
Finish : soft and fleeting.
Comments : must drink this out of a mezcal copita to open it up. Glencairin glass does not give it justice…

NOSE : dark fruits mostly cherry, clay, bright and vegetal, sugary bbq, soya sauce and some late funkyness.
MOUTH : candy, silky, fruity, vegetal, smooth yet complex
Finnish : clay, very light smoke, silky sweet and clean
Outstanding mezcal! 4.5
Nose : definitely mexician chocolate with cinnamon. Soft herbal notes with barbeque ribs in the distance.
Taste : chocolate and chillies. Some vegetal notes as well.
Finish : Dry, short and a dusting of coco powder.
Pretty much the comfort food of mezcals. Beautiful..

Taste : intense and concentrated. Hot and powerful. Spicey and herbal. Wow…

Nose : have agree with burnt orange peels. A little vanilla sweetness and cinnamon thrown in there somewhere with dust sprinkled on top.Taste : sweet butterscotch with cinnamon and a tinge of herbal.

Nose: starts with some fruits then becomes floral and vegetal, ends with a dusting spices.
Taste: sweet and creamy, herbal with a touch of smoke.
Finish: Dry, slightly smokey and a lingering soapy aftertaste that won’t go away.
Overall, a light and complex sipper. Good value.

Taste : intense and concentrated. Reminiscent of a Islay peater (Ardbeg maybe) .

Finish: Short, dry and saltyThis is a dangerously drinkable Mezcal.

Nose : some alcohol, vanilla, peat and trace amounts of vegetal notes.
Taste : sweet, vanilla, pepper, and nothing else…
Finish : smoke and wisps of spice.
Pretty one dimensional. But better than 100% of any industrialized mezcal out there.

Nose: light, with sweet vanilla opening up. Notes of green and herbs.
Mouth: a little hot with a medium body. Sweet and very herbal.
Finish: Dry and with a Gin aftertaste.

Nose: tight at first, with a little smoke and vanilla then after 15 minutes it opens up with brine, notes of farmyard, lemon drops and banana.
Mouth : huge… Sweet and salty, with a little pepper. Vegetal. Very creamy.
