2020 Batch 2, bottle 4935 of 7200. This artisanal mezcal has great round notes of vegetal, spice, fennel, jasmine, and carries its smoke very judiciously. The flavor of roasted maguey, and the smooth finish make this mezcal a beautiful sipper.

This is a very approachable mezcal, with a balance of vegetal, spice and smoke that should work nicely as a sipper or a mixer.
