I am not a Del Maguey fan but this one really got me.
It starts on a citric, sichuan note and ends with chocolate, Jamaican Rum notes. Slightly sweet for my taste but still very rich.

Miahuatlán at its best : gentle, sweet, very well balanced. A great mezcal to start loving karwinskii.

A sweet beginning that evolves into green peppery and finally bitter / dry aftertaste. Hot but in a pleasant way.

Lovely mineral and green mezcal with pine notes. Gentle final heat.
Terroir at its best!
