Multiple years in now, this bottle rested batch is tasting great. A slight edge as described from Tyler 2 yrs ago still exists but the soft pillow mouthfeel settles across the tongue like a hug from your favorite abuela. So. Good. Glad we have multiple bottles at Tortuga y Chango in Atlanta.
