The folks reviewing Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal as a mezcal are doing this product a serious disservice. It’s like reviewing Grand Marnier as Cognac or Drambuie as Scotch. This is obviously a liqueur, and an excellent one!
I’m not a professional taster, but I will say that if you enjoy such liqueurs as Drambuie and are intrigued by the idea of a mezcal-based cordial this agave sweetened, 80 proof elixir is the beverage of your dreams. Highly recommended- as a superb mezcal liqueur/cordial.
