Nose: Matured Pecorino cheese, wet leather, dried hay
Palate: Very gamey, lactic acidity, green peppers, agave only very subdued.
Watery mouthfeel. Low ABV (40.5%) certainly does not help. I wished the cupreata flavour came through less subtle. Overall, an odd one for me available a great price, however.
