I love the complexity that this one brings. On the nose I get primer, pear, and an herbal note. For the taste I get a slight peppery tone, more herbal and bell pepper taste, and some slight funky notes. The more I drink this the more I like it.

Very mild smoke on the nose. The taste is also mildly smoky, with some agave taste as well. I like this more than other Espadins in this price range.

Aroma has a mild scent of woody oak and a subtle sweetness to me. On the tongue I get slight oak, pepper, and little cake batter with the finish. Overall a good one to sip on and an interesting combination! This has me interested in more blended mezcals.

It’s okay to sip, but I prefer it in a mango mezcal cocktail.
