Mezcalero: Edilberto Bautista
I am pleasantly surprised by this mezcal. My expectation of the Noble Coyote espadin was leaning toward typical espadin notes: smokey and citrus.

On the nose, I got oats, cinnamon, and a chalky chocolate scent. On the palette, I tasted dark chocolate, coffee, and spice.
