Great question, especially the enjoying part. I was turned off by drinking stuff that tasted like lighter fluid infused with burnt charcoal. It made me a tequila guy. I was at restaurant in Zihuatanejo when the owner gave me some as an after dinner drink - local to Guerrero I believe, but the rabbit hole opened.
