December '22 - Tried a handful of 'beginner' mezcals w/ my family, specifically Union, Del Maguey, Ilegal (Joven & Reposado) and Casamigos. I took a break from liquor (not beer). I've always 'liked' tequila and some bourbon, but I fell in 'LOVE' with mezcal!

Oh man. . . Something well rounded and on the smoky side, but I haven't explored enough to answer that with much confidence!
