First time enjoying mezcal:

My first taste was as a new bartender. I was not a big fan of tequila at the time but went into mezcal with an open mind. What can i say, it was love on 5th try.

First bottle ever:

Favorite agaves or magueys:

Karwinskii, Cupreata, Inaequidens

Favorite mezcaleros and mezcaleras:

Alberto Martinez, Benigno Gatica, Ramos family, Delfino

If stranded on a desert island with only one mezcal:

Literally anything made by the above Mezcaleros would be perfect.
