Think about trying my next Mezcal

Only recently discovered Mezcal whilst getting into cocktail making to keep myself occupied during Lockdown. Originally saw Mezcal as a way to spice up Margaritas and try out Mezcalitas and Oaxacan Old Fashioned's. Whilst that in itself was fun, it's ended up with me growing an unexpected appreciation and fascination with Mezcal which has led to me wanting to try more and more. Nowadays, I'm more often sipping Mezcal with some fresh orange slices and sal de gusano.
