Mezcal Cinco Elementos Cuishe is produced from maguey Cuishe (agave Karwinskii) in San Lorenzo Albarradas, Oaxaca. The harvested agave hearts were cooked underground, mashed with a tahona, fermented in pine wood tanks, and then distilled twice in copper alembic stills. This mezcal has an earthy and dry flavor.

153 reviewsA very correct cuishe, nice craft. Perhaps not very intriguing but very nice. Proper flavours of the slightly darker woods and nuts of this maguey. Medium mouthfeel, nice aftertaste.
