About this mezcal
Mezcal Cinco Elementos Tobala is produced from maguey Tobalá (agave Potatorum) in San Lorenzo Albarradas, Oaxaca. The harvested agave hearts were cooked underground, mashed with a tahona, fermented in pine wood tanks, and then distilled twice in copper alembic stills. This mezcal has sweet, creamy, and spicy flavors.
