Enjoyable Tobala from an interesting brand. From Santiago Matatlan, this Tobala is a bit low on the ABV side of things but the flavor isn’t lacking. There are some nice notes of dried fruit rope, marmalade, and copper. It’s light without tasting watery.

A rich and aromatic Tobala more present in the front of the palate. One of the best I tried in the US. An interesting experience. Definitely worth trying!
