Mala Mia Cuishe is made with maguey Cuishe (Agave karwinskii) in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Third generation Maestro Mezcalero, Saturnino Martínez Méndez, crushes his agaves by horse-drawn tahona, ferments them in pine tinas, and double distills in copper stills.
