Tesoro de Moctezuma Ensamble is made with wild Agave marmorata and Agave agustifolia haw in the community of Coixtlahuaca, Oaxaca. The agaves are cooked in an underground pit oven that is lined with volcanic stone. They a milled by a shredder, fermented in wooden vats with natural yeasts, and double distilled in copper alembic stills.
