Nose: Smoky barbecued meat, resinous sage, a little bit of a “hospital antiseptic” note but in a way that doesn’t ruin it. I’m not sure this is the right word but I’m thinking creosote?
Palate: Surprisingly sweet and balanced, with classic sotol minerality. There’s a little bit of banana candy hidden in there.
Finish: Long and smooth. Somewhat drying/astringent but not harsh at all.
