great espadin – hint of pineapple. probably my go-to for cocktails
1971 – espadin/madrecuixe, 750mL. smoothest mezcal i’ve tried – hints of pepper and a strong finish with hints of vanilla. agree with other reviews here that the finish goes on and on… simple but incredibly complex. i recommend drinking it neat.
notably a mezcal brand started by an american dude – not authentic at all. taste is totally average
