Nose is light and subtly sweet, with some floral notes and smoke, taste is sweet with dark chocolate and barbecue-esque background smokiness, somewhat hot finish but then smooth, soft and sweet. I’m super into it.

Lovely, very different mezcal. Sweet peppers, olive brine and mild cheesy funk on the nose, earthy and sweet taste with some of the same olive or slightly roasted poblanos. Finishes smooth and honey sweet.
