Wonderfully sweet notes of manuka honey and burnt sugar. Nice after dinner mezcal.

Very nice mezcal with notes of sweet corn, caramel and hints of cream and smoke on the finish. Slightly warm going down but nothing off putting. Adding a few drops of water brings out the roasted corn aromas. Nice sipper.

Soft, mouth coating and easy sipping. Tastes like a ginger wrapped under ripe banana dipped in cream with just a hint of smoke. Great value and nice bottle to introduce those new to mezcal. Lote TX-01

Nice balance not too sweet. Has a prominent cocoa-earthy note that appears midway and remains thru the finish. Very enjoyable.

Edition 10 – Gregorio Hernandez. Earth and minerals in the nose. Nice balance between tropical fruit, butterscotch, smoke and minerals. Definitely leans towards the fruit. Nice after dinner drink.
