Mezcal Reposado is aged, but it is not aged for as long as a Mezcal Anejo. Reposado means “rested” in Spanish, and the Mezcal rests in oak barrels for no less than two months and no more than one year. Mezcal Reposado is caramel in color.
With over 800 unique bottles, Mezcal Reviews is the best place to find and review mezcals.
