Creamy with a warm dry spicy finish. Complex, but just too heavy. Price point is too high as well. I think it’s a decent mixer but I have better cheaper mixers available.
Just not good. Burnt, then ok, then just alcohol. And the price is awful. There are plenty of bottles that are half the cost that are much better sippers. It’s drinkable, so I’ll give it one star.
Sweet agave, creamy delicious and that venison at the very end. I know there’s a few more animals in there but never having eaten iguana I can’t say if I’m tasting that or not. The venison and turkey are right there. Great bottle. Hope I can find another.
One of my favorites. Sweet pineapple and grassy. Semi dry Dasylirion finish. One taste isn’t enough. This bottle gets better with every pour
Lot CHI-212, very good for Espadín. I usually start people off with this one when trying mezcal for the first time. Sometimes a little too pricey.
Pretty heavy on the smoke, so not the best sipper especially for people just getting into Mezcal. Great for making Paloma’s thought. Add some fresh jalapeño and you’ve got a great drink. Four stars because it’s so inexpensive and easy to find.
