Agave Macho Mezcal
Agave Macho is produced in San Isidro Guishe in Miahuatlán, Oaxaca by Maestro Mezcalero Don Roman Rosendo. There, a 3,500-acre ranch serves as a collective of small palenques that have been producing mezcal together since 1931. The Agave Macho line consists of ensemble blends of estate agave varietals. All ensembles are created with a common base of 50% Espadin and a rare wild agave. Agave Macho only harvests maguey varietals that are mature so varieties are subject to availability. Agave Macho is imported and distributed by Juice Mongers in the United States.
