La Remilgosa Verde conjures all things green: jalapeno, green chile, dill, and celery. The herbal and spice notes are met with lactic hints.
About this destilado de agave

Maestro vinatero Gilberto Roldan roasts the agave in an underground pit oven, mills them by hand with an axe and wooden mallet, ferments using in-ground wooden vats with spring water, and double distills in a copper pot and serpentine condenser.

Hints of celery, mustard greens, vanilla bean, and serrano peppers. This is really nice and it opens up in the glass the longer it sits.
