5 reviewsMal Idea are making some solid mezcales for the price point. The tepextate is approachable, smooth, and light.

717 reviewsLot 001. Lots of grassy aromas. It’s green with its aromas but not in a peppery way like other Tepextate I’ve had. this is super light on the palate and slightly viscous. It’s not a typical Tepextate as it doesn’t have a ton of green pepper flavor, which I find in many others. It’s still good though. The Ensamble and Tepextate are my two favorite of the Mala Idea lineup.
