I think the proof holds this back. At 40% it feels somewhat muted. Would love to try at 45-48%
Great nose with citrus, smoke, & light pepper. The taste doesn’t quite match up, it’s light smoke, citrus, & herbal. Short finish
I found it to be really lacking in complexity. There’s an overly smokey taste on the palate. This may be better suited for cocktails. IMO there are far better options around this price range

Vegetal green minty taste on the palate with a thin mineral taste & slight jalapeño at the end.
This is the best mezcal I have ever tried.
The aroma notes are very sweet almost like bubble gum / candy. On the palate I pick up savory notes of mesquite bbq flavor, followed by black pepper & slight char. Subtle mineral water finish at the end
Wow such a unique taste. It starts off very vegetal and then I get fruity & citrus notes. Finish with a leathery smokey taste. Highly recommend

Notes of vanilla, mint, & cracked pepper. Great after taste & a steal under $50
Lot E16-E20
Nose starts off with black pepper & smoke and then opens up to a fruity smell with mint at the end
Extremely balanced taste of smoke, slight vanilla, bubble gum, slight alcohol. For the abv extremely sipe able & one of my favorites
I get an overwhelming taste of green jalapeño & lactic funk. Almost like a jalapeño popper. Overall very good for the price
Edit: as I come back to this after being open for a bit I’m picking up some mint notes
