Very light smoke, has a floral almost botanical note followed by blue cheese and berries
2021 batch: Nose is a nice lemon, earthy, grass smell, & dry. The palate is a bit over whelming with the lemon grass taste.
This was good as a one off but I would not buy a bottle.
Nose: light smoke, vegetal, minerals
Palate: I get a strong jalapeño note that is delightful along with a very green / vegetal and dry flavor.

The nose is light, however it really opens up on the palate. Notes of pine, citrus, light smoke, and leather.
Great flavors of green vegetal shine through on the mid palate. It does not drink like 50%abv
Palate is salty with notes of pepper, vanilla, and green / vegetal flavors
Nose is sweet with notes of carrot, slight vanilla, & pepper. Palate is a burst of vegetal & leather. Light smoke and minerals on the backend
Very tropical and floral notes on the nose, it’s a unique smell that I have not gotten on other espadins before. Slight smoke on the palate with notes or orange, lavender, light cinnamon. Slight burn on the backend but awesome espadin for the price
Very vanilla forward and sweet on the nose. Palate is much lighter on the vanilla / sweetness but there’s notes of mint, slight smoke, & minerals. Light spices on the finish and short
I get leather, lavender, & slight citrus on the nose. It’s sweet on the palate with notes of orange, lavender, & citrus. The finish was very short
On the nose i get olives, cinnamon, slightly floral. On the palate, I get apple, cinnamon, and some minerals, very sweet. Only real draw back is the short finish

Might be a result of triple distillation but this lacks a lot of complexity, probably much better usage as a mixer. I also get a strange chemical taste on the backend
Cracked pepper, citrus, light smoke, mint, herbaceous notes, sweet mineral after taste
I get anise, mint, and light meaty smell on the backend.
Taste has a lot funk in a good way. Minerals, light smoke, & more pronounced meat. Light vanilla and black pepper on the finish
Solid nose with notes of light citrus, smoke, & pepper. Taste falls flat for me though and may be as a result of watering down to 40%. Very short finish. Overall meh
