Alipus San Andres is an easy sipping mezcal. Smokey, bright, and not too strong. Great taste for introducing friends to mezcal.
The Chango Loco Juan has a little chimp bottle, and I am convinced it is because drinking this mezcal feels like a deep breath of air from a rainforest floor. It has a minty, earthy taste that can bring out the inner chimp in anyone!
This is my favorite mezcal! Smooth, smokey, and interesting flavors.
I normally like madre-cuishe mezcals, but this one is a little strong for me. I prefer Wahaka and Chango Loco’s madre-cuishe to the Rey Campero.
This is a nice, smooth, sipping mezcal. I like to start with a mezcal like Union Joven before moving on to others.
