José Daumas Gil de Partearroyo

José Daumas Gil de Partearroyo is the in-house master distiller at Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol. He received his Masters Degree in Enology from the École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique in Montpellier, France. He has also worked with well-respected brands such as Cognac Larsen, Moet & Chandon and Casa Martell.
