Maguey Pichumetl is an Agave marmorata from the state of Puebla. This is similar to it’s Oaxacan cousin, maguey Tepextate, and it may also go by the name Pichomel, Pitzomel, Pichorra, or Pizorra in certain communities of Puebla.
