De Horno

De Horno is an Agave americana var. oaxacensis from the Mixteca region of Oaxaca and Puebla. A key difference however, is that De Horno will typically mature in only 12-15 years, which is significantly faster than the 20-25 years that it takes for maguey Arroqueno to reach maturity in most other regions of Oaxaca.
