A super delicious discovery, this Tepeztate has everything we love. There was structure and complexity and the flavors were so well balanced, this is one of the best Tep expressions we’ve tasted. Green notes and herbal flavors open up to chocolate, eucalyptus, baking spices, caramel, hints of sweetness, mineral notes like wet stone.
A lasting buttery mouthfeel finish, with burnt citrus peel flavors.
