20 reviewsAmazing ensamble. There is a particular earthiness that I’ve always found on the expressions I’ve tried from Alipus before. I got citrus on the nose. The tepeztate jumps out right away and a lot of freshness from the tobala comes out. For me, this is a very solid one from this brand.

729 reviewsLot AE-XXSJA. Bottle 138/254. Awesome all around. Aromas of fresh fruit and spicy peppers. This has a really nice sweet & spicy element to it. The nose is full of jalapeno peppers, sweet cream, and strawberries. The palate has notes of vanilla, caramel, orange creamsicles, peaches, and strawberry candies. Really enjoying this.

667 reviewsPeach aromas. Sour green apple candy on the palate. Soft mint gum.. sugary overall. Lots of Tepeztate personality. Very enjoyable ensamble. These notes were from a bottle that ended up for sale in the US.. not sure if the ones being sold in Mexico are the same batch or not.
