My fav of what I’ve had from Mal Bien thus far. I get fresh cut green peppers and actually an underlying nose of berries. Cooked agave, white pepper and an amazing heat that kicks around your moth forever.

Sweet citrus nose – kumquats, with a light and pleasant roast. Cooked agave, faint notes of anise and pepper. Easy finish that does linger. Really enjoyable and sessionable. Lot 18.

Sotol Por Siempre

Hay and grassy nose with some rubber funk… bouncy balls. Palate is earthy, brine notes and a dry, mineral finish. Best used as a mixer, but a very cool one.
