My fav of what I’ve had from Mal Bien thus far. I get fresh cut green peppers and actually an underlying nose of berries. Cooked agave, white pepper and an amazing heat that kicks around your moth forever.
Bell peppers and cooked agave on the nose. Cheese and spice on on the backend.
Sweet and floral nose – vegetal notes and underlying tropical fruit. Bright and full mouthfeel, more citrus notes and a sweet heat through the finish.

Lactic cheese funk on the nose – greek yogurt, dill and cucumber. Really velvety body, honeysuckle and a faint spice of pepper. Relatively short but complex finish.

Simple espadin profile, there’s a light roast on the nose and some orange peel and mint. Palate is crisp – anise and some white pepper. Nice finish.

Hay and grassy nose with some rubber funk… bouncy balls. Palate is earthy, brine notes and a dry, mineral finish. Best used as a mixer, but a very cool one.
