02-23 LOT A39 BOTTLE 150T 46.2V
A pepper spicy agave smell with a little clay. Good mouthfeel with Nice sweet agave taste up front that gets spicy peppery in back with the heat kicking in on the finish transitioning nicely from the spicy pepper and enough sweetness for balance. Lots of nice flavors here that transition nicely.
In PV at Devils Bar. Nice Smokey smell. Slick mouthfeel with more nicely smokeyness but getting hot on the finish. Get better over the pour.
In PV at De Cantaro Mezcal Bar. Fruity spicy apple smell. That spicy applesauce continues in taste with some heat and smoky ness. A nice lingering flavor of all of that.
In PV at De Cantaro Mezcal Bar. A nice balanced agave and heat smell. Sweet tangy tobala taste with the heat hanging on the edge nicely without going over. Until the finish, where the heat hits fast, but subsides.
In PV at De Cantaro Mezcal Bar. Some nice sharp agave on the nose with a little heat. Nicely sweet, and sharp, agave upfront. Getting hotter through out and leaving with a pleasing hot agave finish that lingers.
In PV at De Cantaro Mezcal Bar. Agave with ethanol heat smell. Soft agave flavors upfront with the heat kicking in at the back which is unfortunate as it seems this could have went places. Heat simmers a bit in the finish so you aren’t left totally unsatisfied. Ok.

Starts off bad with a Smokey band aid smell buried in vegetable clay. But once you get past, or get used to it, you begin to enjoy the terroir. Initial sweet agave taste with a nice earthiness riding throughout. Agave sweetness stays in back, with a nice heat on finish that cools nicely leaving the sweet earth tasty. You start to detect those tastes in the smell, making that better with each sip.
Lot 155. Slight band aid smell giving way to Smokey pepper with some notes of agave in the background. Pepper and heat on the tongue. The alcohol heat begins to feel and taste like hot pepper. A little slick with with more peppery heat in back into finish. Way too peppery with agave flavors lost in that.
