Nose – mango, banana foster, whipped cream, grilled peaches, very fruity
Palate – vanilla, roasted sugar crusted mangos and peaches, roasted pineapple, creme brûlée
Finish – burnt sugar crust and vanilla, cedar, hint of chili capsaicin

This is a phenomena mezcal. Such an absolute treat all the way around. Salud!

Straight up smokes jalapeño cream cheese. This is my first Salmiana, and while it is not my favorite agave, I am really giving it a fair shake.

Smoked jalapeño, bell pepper, butter, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, peppercorn, salt, poblano, wet grass.
