It’s the best celebrity mezcal I’ve had. It’s not terrible but it’s very generic. The typical overly Smokey mezcal but has some sweet notes to it
It’s ok. Not the best but has that smoke that people may like in mezcal. The ensamble it’s obviously 90% espadin. Not horrible but also not the best.
Not surprised this celebrity brand was trash. Not a fan of this mezcal. Stick to sports.
Good start. Fruity flavors such as sweet papaya. Not bad.
Amazing flavors. There is so much going on with this . The lemongrass on the finish is the best part. If you smoke cigarettes it’s almost that menthol taste which I love.
Lacks character, Not for sipping. I do not mind this mezcal in cocktails. I’ll drink it if there’s nothing else.
Smoke and chemical. Taste like someone cooked this up in a lab. Much better options out there. Save your money.
They shouldn’t even call this mezcal. Why is the CRM certifying this. I tried it for the first time, and i am not a fan.
Complex and Smokey. If you’re looking for earthy mezcal this is for you. The high abv makes this one a winner. Very natural.
Tried this in oaxaca at their bar ‘Ilegal bar’. They didn’t serve anything else but ilegal and beer. The mezcal is trash and expensive, even in Oaxaca. Very generic mezcal. I notice they do a lot of programs for social issues. Maybe they should just be a non profit rather than white labeling mezcal.
Picked this up in the duty free because it was reasonably priced. You get what you pay for I guess. Just another generic mezcal full of smoke and band aid. Trash.
For the price point, this Espadin is very special and unique. I thought for the price, this was just going to be a generic mezcal. The nose is floral, earthy, a bit of a hint of berries. The taste I got from this was sweet, citrus, earthy and subtle/light smoke at the finish. Very natural, Unlike other espadin’s out there this has a a very clean finish. This mezcal is versatile and enjoyable. Im typically a wild agave drinker because it’s difficult to find good espadin’s.
Nose is sweet, grassy and slight cheese at the end. The mouth is a medium body, strong finish, very smoky this batch. I enjoyed this one, but there are better ones out there. The barril flavor on this one is very dominant than the other agaves. I would drink again. Not bad.
This Mezcal I had over the weekend. Im a lover of Wild agave expressions so was gifted this by a friend of mind. This has alot of character as far as aroma it brought out fruity sweetness, almost like mangos, along with that smoke.
The taste of this is also interesting but a bit different than other mexicanos i have tried. more on the sweet side, and long smoky finish. The after taste brought back some of that burnt charcoal which was not to my liking. To me this mezcal has a great beginning. This batch was a bit over roasted for my taste but overall an interesting Mexicano that you can appreciate.
