Faint funk, lots of sweetness, honey, earth. Clay, rhubarb, white pepper, super creamy.
Really great expression sporting a profile that isn’t super common. Really cool to give a go.
Really really nice expression. Loving the complexity here. Great balance of clay, minerality and sweetness.
Rich mouth feel. Honey, wafer cookie. Lots of rich creamy sweetness before the funk rolls in. Clay, brine, olive, earth and a lovely savory note. Faint pepper. Heat very much in check. The clay character is really something.
This is nice but leans strongly in a single direction. Acrid, funky and smoky.
Medium mouth feel. Nice body. Salty, earthy, good bit of clay. Pricky ethanol, but not too hot. Leather, tobacco, savory brine.
Really big fan of this one – great complexity and character with flavors I love to keep me coming back for more.
Sweet, earthy. Rubber, fresh baked dough, sweet and savory vinegar. Light earth, not too chemical forward. Bit of agave stank/funk. The complexity is astounding.
Sweet, loaded with honey, melon and pineapple. Earthy, and oddly artificial. Delicious clay and stanky agave blends with pepper, leather and vegetal funk.
Really unique and interesting, and certainly powerful. Loads of unique flavors, especially that rich vegetal note. I’m a fan.
Vibrant but savory. Nice balance, with lots of brine and earth. Pepper, clay and faint tobacco to close it out. Really a fan of the profile here.
Thin to medium mouth feel. Lots of nice smoke, ash, eatth and clay. Light pepper, some orange peel. Bright lemon and then robust agave character. No ethanol. Really pleasant, lots of great peppery spice.
I really enjoyed this. It demonstrated incredible earth, clay, smoke character without being a stanky mess. It’s complex and on target, with some nice character along the way.
Really different from the nose. Confectioners sugar, pepper, sulfur, ammonia, brine, and light rubber. Powerful and savory in a very chemical forward manner.
Delicious and savory. Not too overpowering, but a really powerful set of notes.

Delicious and complex although not very in your face. Not a terrible thing. I like this and would easily drink it once more, and again after that.
Long, rich and enticing. Pear, apple, musty earthiness. Tobacco, faint metallic notes, light brine. Soil and sea air.
Incredible offering here. Delicious and complex.
Thick and rich mouth feel. No real heat. Sweet cream, honey, apples and orange peel. Earthy and floral, lots of savory texture with the tradeoff between sweet and earthy. Minerality is high, acidity medium. That chemical note is nowhere to be found – replaced entirely with crisp minerality and crushed pineapple.
Thin mouth feel, no heat. Salty, briny, earthy. Rubber and ammonia, super funky. Tomato, citrus, leather. Faintly meaty. Lightly smoky.
Very satisfied.
Thin to medium mouthfeel, no heat. Sweet cream, mildly smoky. Tobacco, soil, rhubarb, beets. Vibrant, effervescent fruitiness. Pear, mango, chili peppers.
This was very nice.
Medium mouth feel, no heat. Sweet cream, vanilla, honey and toffee. Faintly flora, and fruity. Really sweet. Surprisingly mild when it comes to smoky, earthy more medicinal character.
Medium mouthfeel, sweet honey, sweet fruits and loads of floral essence. Fruit snacks, overripe citrus fruits, faint minerality.
This was super nice, and probably one of my favorites so far. Everything was so bold, yet well balanced.
Medium mouth feel with no immediately apparent smokiness. Sweet honey, bready again, Gouda cheese and pepper. The lactic cheese note is interesting but really nice.
Short, clean and cream. Sweet cream and melon. Peppery.
Vibrantly crisp and sweet with nice smoky undertones.
I loved the idea of this, and as I worked through my bottle I kinda wondered when that mango would show up in force, and it just never came. This isnt bad, but its not doing anything crazy for me, and each time I had it I sort of wound up just wishing I had grabbed the Espadin instead.
