Salvacion Mezcal

The agaves used in Salvación Mezcal are harvested by hand and then roasted in an earthen pit at a 150 year old distillery. The roasted agaves are then crushed by a horse-drawn tahona. Their master distiller samples each tiny batch. Salvación Mezcal is marketed as an ultra-premium artisanal mezcal. It is produced and bottled in Oaxaca, Mexico.
