Elenita

Elentia is the first canned mezcal cocktail. Co-founders Jordan Dil and Mikel Noriega met in business school at UCLA. Dil is from Canada and Noriega is from Mexico City. The pair developed a relationship with a mezcal producer in San Dionisio Ocotepec with the help of the brand Bruxo Mezcal. They also worked with the Consejo Regulador del Mezcal (CRM) to legally sell a product labeled “mezcal”. The team behind Elenita wants their product to serve as a gateway for the beginning of one’s mezcal journey.
